We spent the day exploring Onomichi again! We had a bit of trouble finding a breakfast place today, the places we went to was full and one of them we needed reservations. We eventually found a cafe, they told us they were full but we might’ve misunderstood them because maybe they just asked if we can just wait outside. We were about to get takeout when some people left and we got seated right away so we were pretty confused.
We got some obanyaki and went on walk back to our favorite coffee spot Pour. He made us more pour overs and he also made us a delicious latte.

Turns out I left my hat at LOG yesterday oops… So we had to hike back up. LOG looks great but I can’t imagine taking all my luggage up the hill to stay there 😭.
I thought a fun activity for us while we’re on this trip is to capture textures using pen and paper and that’s what you see me and Meghal doing on the walls and the ground.
On the way to LOG we also stopped by a letterpress.
Meghal found some ceramic stores in this town so we visited うつわとくらしの道具カルフ and Rhinoceros
We went to Onomichi Dining Sumiyoshi for dinner. Somehow we managed to somehow skip lunch again 😭.
We wanted desserts after dinner but everything closed so early. It was technically a holiday today so maybe that’s why. We decided to just stop by a grocery store near our hotel to grab some fruits and snacks to eat when we get back.
